   To be eligible for the discount, take a "before" -picture set of your starting skin tone no more than a week after making your order! The set must include 3 angles: front, left side, right side.

   Be patient: consistency is key! Take Zephyrian daily, no skipping for 90 days. Carotenoids are fat-soluble, so take Zephyrian with the fattiest meal of the day, (usually lunch or dinner). Carotenoids take time to build up in the skin — science shows that seeing results can take up to 90 days for some individuals. Refunds can only be claimed once per customer, no sooner than 90 days and no later than 6 months after the order date.
   
   

2. Take progress photos!

   We all know that small daily changes can be hard to notice! That's why it's important to take a set of progress photos every two weeks!

   Each set must include 3 angles: front, left side, right side. To make the photos comparable, Always take the sets in similar lighting and location, and with a clear background.
   

3. Submit your results
   
   We are confident in your results! Send us your best progress photos and save 50€ on your next order!
   

   If after 90 days of daily use, you’re not seeing visible skin tone improvement, submit all 6 photo sets to claim your refund.

   Note: By submitting photos, you agree to grant us full usage rights to them for all suitable purposes.

4. Get your claim approved

   To avoid abuse, our team goes through all of the claims to check the details.

5. Return the bottles

   After our team has gone through your submission, we’ll provide you for the additional details for the return shipping of the used and unused bottles.

   Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping of the product.

   Zephyrian is built on science-based ingredients, but it is not an instant fix or a shortcut. Carotenoids take time to build up in your skin, and these photo sets prove that our product is used properly and help us document real results.    • The offer is valid for our 3-pack and 5-pack bundles. Unfortunately we can’t offer this guarantee for smaller orders due to the carotenoid buildup period being up to 90 days long
     
     
   • You can only claim the refund once, and only for your first Zephyrian order. 
     
     
   • You can claim the refund between 90 days and 6 months from the date of purchase.
     
     
   • Photos every 2 weeks required!
     • Before -photo set must be sent to us no more than a week after the order date.  
     • Use the product for 90 days, take a total of 6 photo sets with 3 angles per set (face from front, left side, right side)
       
       
   • Returns must be complete and shipped back at your cost with a tracked shipment. Please note that the shipment has to be sent directly to our warehouse address, Not a pickup point or a parcel box.
     
     
     

   How long does it take to receive the refund?

   From the day that we receive your return shipment – depending on your bank – it may take up to 14 business days to receive the refund. Refunds are only allowed back onto the original form of payment.
