Fake brands and safety
We're aware of fraudulent brands using our photos, our reviews and our name. Here's what we're doing about it - and how to protect yourself.
What we've found
Brands using our customers' before-and-after images without permission to sell unrelated products.
Products claiming to be "like Zephyrian" with undisclosed ingredients, no third-party testing and no traceability.
Websites impersonating our brand - copying our design, our copy and even our guarantee.

We actively monitor and enforce
Legal partners across the US, EU and UK continuously monitor Meta, Google, TikTok and Shopify for IP infringement.
Fraudulent stores are reported to Stripe, PayPal and every relevant payment processor.
Stolen content and trademark violations are pursued under the DMCA and Lanham Act, and reported to the FTC where applicable.
Enforced under EUIPO trademark protections, the EU Copyright Directive and national consumer-protection agencies.
Meta, Google and TikTok have dedicated IP-enforcement teams. We send direct takedown requests to all of them.
Every brand we identify is logged with timestamped evidence and shared with our legal partners across jurisdictions.
We've already shut down multiple fraudulent operations - and we won't stop.
Spotted a brand impersonating Zephyrian? Tell us and we'll act on it.
Your safety is the reason we care
We didn't build this page to brag about lawyers. We built it because copycat supplements are genuinely dangerous. Products with undisclosed ingredients, no testing and no traceability end up in your body. We test rigorously because we stand behind what we sell - our customers trust us with their health, and we refuse to let fraudulent brands damage that trust.
